There’s knowing a market, and then there’s growing up in it. I was born and raised in Downtown Wilmington. That sense of place still shapes how I guide every move.

More than 30 years in real estate have given me a perspective shaped by buying, selling, renovations, building and property management. I know how a home lives beyond the photographs, and how to keep the many moving parts of a transaction in motion.
I work with clients directly through preparation, negotiations, inspections and closing. When design questions arise, my husband’s architectural background in Italy and Greece offers another valuable lens.
I also speak English, Greek and Italian. However you arrive here, you deserve to feel heard and well guided.
